Knitting looms and other tools
There are two types of knitting looms: round knitting looms and rectangular (or long) knitting looms.
You can have a small or a large loom. What loom you use depends on the project you are working on.
When you buy a knitting loom a knitting tool is usually included. This tool is essential for knitting on a knitting loom. The knitting tool can also be bought seperately.

Loom knitting: yarn
What yarn you use on a knitting loom depends on the size of the pegs and the distance between the pegs. If you are using a standard loom, you usually need a yarn for 8 mm needles. But it might take some trial and error before you find the right size of yarn for your loom.
Make sure you use a yarn that is suitable for knitting.
